ZS9500 is a LTE-Cat4 industrial grade 5-mode communication module. It supports TDD-LTE, FDD-LTE, WCDMA, TD-SCDMA and GSM. It adopts 87-pin LCC package and dimensions are 30mm×30mm×2.5mm. With the features of ultra-small size, abundant hardware and software interfaces, and a rich set of network protocols, ZS9500 extends its applicability of various M2M applications, such as smart metering, vehicle OBD, wireless POS, location tracker, industrial router, etc.
